She began her education at the University of Southern Maine where she obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology. Afterwards, she went to John F Kennedy University of California to receive her Graduate's in Psychology and a certification in life coaching. In 2012, she graduated from Samuel Merritt University of California with her Bachelor's in Nursing and began working at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. She also worked at the Firetower Clinic as a Nurse Health Coach Specialist and as a home health nurse for a hospice agency in Beaufort.

Lastly, she worked as a travel nurse up until she returned to UNC of Chapel Hill and became a PMHNP in 2020. From there, she worked at the PORT Health in Rocky Mount before joining CRW's team! She aims to reach patients seeking to add psychiatry to their care team and begin their journey into mental wellness.
